New York, NY. Nov. 23, 2025, 10p.m. - In a shocking new development in the ongoing sex abuse lawsuit against legendary Motown singer Smokey Robinson, a male former employee has stepped forward, alleging the icon made vulgar sexual advances and tried to force him into touching his genitals.

John Doe 1, who was hired to detail Robinson and his wife’s cars in 2013, claims the singer made “vulgar and offensive” sexual overtures during their encounters. According to court documents, Robinson allegedly grabbed the man’s hand and tried to force it onto his erect penis. The accuser, who responded by telling Robinson to “put some clothes on,” says he was fired shortly afterward.

But the alleged harassment didn't stop there. Doe recounts that Robinson’s wife, Frances, later called him to return to work, and the harassment persisted, leaving him humiliated, emotionally distressed, and fearing for his safety. The new accusations add fuel to the fire in a case already swirling with allegations from four women who accused Robinson of sexual battery, assault, and creating a hostile work environment, all seeking $50 million in damages.

Meanwhile, Robinson’s legal team is fighting back fiercely. His attorney dismisses the allegations as “organized, avaricious campaign[s]” aimed at tarnishing the aging star’s reputation. “These plaintiffs are part of a conspiracy,” said Christopher Frost, arguing the claims are fabricated and seeking publicity.

Robinson himself responded with a countersuit earlier this year, accusing the anonymous Jane Does of defamation and elder abuse, claiming “they did not abuse or harm” him and that “their greed knows no bounds.” The criminal investigation launched by Los Angeles authorities remains in early stages, with no charges filed yet.

The new motion in court is set for January 6, 2026. As the allegations continue to mount, the music legend’s once-untouchable reputation is under serious scrutiny, with the public waiting to see how this scandal unfolds.

As the scandal grows, the total number of accusers now stands at six, intensifying the pressure on Robinson’s camp.
