ATLANTA'S

Where Atlanta comes to think

IndependentThinkers.org this week announces the launch of its Atlanta chapter.

"Atlanta and all of Georgia are important for IndependentThinkers.org," said Robert "Rob" Redding, founder of IndependentThinkers.org and a native Atlantan.

Redding, who began his independent push at WAOK-AM more than three years ago, said the official launch is scheduled at a news conference at the Apex Museum on Auburn Avenue in Atlanta on Nov. 9. at 10 a.m.

The Atlanta chapter's founding president will be Daily Politique Blogger Danny Scott.

"The launch of IndependentThinkers.org is an idea whose time has come," Scott said. "The more contacts that I make, the more I realize how many people are frustrated with the two-party system.      The discontent isn't limited to the parties alone, but they are fatigued with the media as well. It's time to give the power back to the people. True Independent Thinkers just need to organize to create a catalyst for change at the grass-roots level. Join us!"

IndependentThinkers.org is a national nonprofit research and resource organization that provides scholarships, internships, jobs, publishing, broadcasting and networking opportunities to bright independent-minded individuals as an effort to improve both government and community.

This well researched and brashly honest book became an underground hit after more than 200 people logged on to Redding's black news Web site ReddingNewsReview.com in the first three months of its limited release in the fall of 2004. Two years later the book is now available nationwide on Amazon.com.

"I feel people need to know the truth about politics," said Redding. "And this book will help many to think outside the system, without selling out."

The Black Star News, "New York's leading investigative" daily newspaper, said Redding "goes far beyond his personal opinion and offers historical facts worth a second look, pointing out the flaws in a system that very well could use some work and raising many questions that could be the start of some sort of reformation."

In short, the paper concludes: "'Hired Hatred' will either charge the base of a true partisan leaving them feeling more connected to their party’s political definitions or invoke an activist spirit in them that will make them fight for change by any means necessary."

Later, bestselling author Dr. George Zilbergeld agreed.

"Rob Redding's 'Hired Hatred' is an appropriately titled and well researched book that exposes how political parties and the ideologies they tout are dividing America. Redding's politically incorrect solutions to the problem are controversial but make us think about how to get out of the corner we have voted ourselves into," said Zilbergeld, author of "A Reader for the Politically Incorrect" and chairman of the Department of Political Science at New Jersey's Montclair State University

Book Synopsis: Hired Hatred: Why politicians, political parties and the political prejudices they tout are mutually exclusive from good government, confronts the disastrous consequences of political party run government. Hired Hatred, dissects how Americans have been duped into believing that politicians, political parties and the political prejudices they tout are needed, when the system of hired hatred actually misleads the voters, creates false expectations and is paralyzing the principles this great country was founded upon. Hired Hatred explains how not voting, amending the U.S. Constitution and developing a truly independent media will divorce political parties, there politicians and political prejudice right out of government. And finally, Hired Hatred explains why a simple policy making paradigm will give America's government back to the people.
