Malik Zulu Shabazz: Obama is a 'criminal'; prez, Clinton guilty of 'war crimes'

ATLANTA, April 24, 2013, 11:45 p.m. - New Black Panther Party leader Malik Zulu Shabazz today said President Obama is guilty of "criminal intent" in his handling of Libya and said Obama and former Secretary of State Hilary Clinton should be charged with "war crimes."

Shabazz's comments came on Redding News Review's radio program, as GOP leaders today blamed Clinton's State Department for the death of U.S. Ambassador J. Christopher Stevens and three others.

"When you talk about the culpability for the U.S. ambassador...That's the microchip or the minor case," he told Redding News Review. "The Macrochip of the major case, is the U.S. State Department, Hillary Clinton and the U.S. government culpable in the murder and the assassination of a head of state Muammar Gaddafi."

"We have to address the moral issue, the first issue, of the illegal assassination and bombing of our brother Muammar Gaddafi, who is a loved pan-Africanist, and the culpability of Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama in this illegal, murder and assassination," he told Redding News Review. "I would say to you, respectfully, that they are war criminals."

He also told Redding News Review that Stevens' death was a case of "the chickens coming home to roost."

"The ambassador is a victim of the negligence," he said. "If you are going to assassinate the leader of the government, if you are going to create chaos in that country, if you know for a fact and have full advance knowledge and forewarning that militias are on the loose in the nation, that there is no security in the nation and that you yourself, Hillary Clinton and the U.S. government, are behind the instability in the country, then you better be protecting your ambassador with everything you've got."

"It is criminal intent that starts at the head of the U.S. government," President Obama. "That's a sad case. It hurts our feelings but it's the truth."

Shabazz in March of 2011 called Obama the N-word, when last talking about Libya.

He said: "He represents the CIA, set-up, sabotage, lie on an African leader and bomb [sic] that man like he's George Bush ... And his wife should leave the n***er tonight. She should walk out, and his beautiful daughters should walk out on this bamboozling, buck-dancing Tom. Oh yeah, I said it. We've held back on this Negro for a long time ... You should have listened to Louis Farrakhan a long time ago when you were at his table."

In June of 2011, Redding News Review exclusively reported that Shabazz apologized, but stood by his sharp criticism of the administration's policy in Libya.

"I should not have used the N-word," Shabazz told Redding News Review, "but I am not taking back that, what he is doing, in bombing people and killing people across the earth and demonizing them, that those are the policies of the white man."

Shabazz is fresh from a trip to Africa and is currently visiting Clark Atlanta University and Georgia State University on a speaking tour starting Thursday.
