EXCLUSIVE: Roland
Martin gets support from blacks

ATLANTA, Feb. 9,
2012, 8:30 a.m.
- A Facebook page yesterday
was launched to defended political analyst Roland Martin, who was suspended from CNN
for an anti-gay tweet.
"Bruhs" for Roland Martin had about
50 black members at press time.
The page quotes Martin Luther King and defends the
embattled commentator.
"What can I say the "Bruhs"
like American made without the male name on it the underwear," says
one post.
Another post: "Seriously, have you actually read the
tweet sent by Roland on Super Bowl Sunday? Now don't get me wrong I
know the English language, especially how we use words in America
can be sometimes subjective in interpretation. But for those that
didn't know like everyone at CNN, Fox and 80% of gay white America.
1) "Bruhs" is all an all inclusive slag word meaning all black men
straight and gay. 2) Most Bruhs pretty much wear two or three brand
types so when Roland said would any of you bruhs buy this because
this guy is wearing them was not about bashing anyone who is gay you
took it that way."

Martin, who has said that he will meet with gay activists, who
had been calling for him to be fired from the news network, tweeted:
"If a dude at your Super Bowl party is hyped
about David Beckham’s H&M underwear ad, smack the ish out of him! #superbowl."
