Redding News Review wins third consecutive BWA

ATLANTA, Sept. 18, 2010, 12 a.m. - Redding News Review, a leader in news on the Internet for more than eight years, has won its third consecutive "Black Web Award."

The site, which covers national, political, business, international, media, entertainment and sports news, has already won two consecutive awards for being the "Best News Distribution" and  "Best News Directory Site" respectfully.

"This is such a blessing," said Founding Publisher & Editor Robert "Rob" Redding Jr. "The third time is not only the charm but off the chain!"

The site's award-winning staff includes: International Editor Bruno Gaston, Business Editor Wade Simmons, Business Manager Nadra Redding and Attorney Roy Miller.

What's more, Redding said Redding News Review has already eclipsed 2009's high of 1.1 million visitors.

Redding News Review provides up-to-the-minute credible, competitive and consistent coverage. The site, which features links to both mainstream and black publications, has been credited for influencing news coverage by NPR, Roll Call, The Hill, Editor & Publisher, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, the Baltimore Sun and the Washington Times newspapers. Its content is heard on XM Satellite Radio and has been seen on the Fox News Channel.

Founded in March 2002, Redding News Review's editorial mission is to expose the partisan political nature of government while bringing attention to black issues ignored or buried by mainstream media. The site is owned by Redding Communications, Inc
