Redding a panelist at black journalists' online innovators forum

Oct. 7, 2007, 10:20 p.m. - Robert “Rob” Redding Jr., publisher of Redding News Review, this month will take part in a National Association of Black Journalists forum on "Online Innovators" being held in Washington, D.C.

Redding will participate in the forum moderated by Charles Robinson, a correspondent/associate producer for Maryland Public Television. The event, to be held on Oct. 21 at National Journal Headquarters, is scheduled to air on C-SPAN.

Panelists include Mario Armstrong of The Digital Spin, National Public Radio and Jimi Izrael, a blogger from Tallahasee.

”I am honored to be a part of such a distinguished panel of participants,” Redding said.

Founded in March 2002, Redding News Review’s editorial philosophy has been to expose the partisan political nature of government—while bringing attention to minority issues ignored or buried by mainstream media—with up-to-the-minute credible, competitive and consistent coverage.
