Atlanta's WAOK-AM is set to announce a signal upgrade to 25,000 watts - The station has already gone from 5,000 to 10,000 watts and should be up to 25,000 watts by the end of the month.

Award-winning talking radio host Ray Taliaferro's "The Early Show" has been removed from KGO News Talk 810 in the San Francisco Bay Area - Taliaferro, who has been on the station since 1977, has been recognized as one the first black talk show hosts on a major market radio station in the country.
